 New York (Top40 Charts/ Ben Maurer) - Taste of the NFL announced today that the Grammy-nominated Canadian alternative rock band Barenaked Ladies will perform live on Saturday, Feb. 6 during the 2010 Super Bowl culinary extravaganza that supports hunger relief organizations across the country. The Barenaked Ladies are comprised of Ed Robertson, Jim Creegan, Tyler Stewart and Kevin Hearn, and are best known for their hit singles 'One Week', 'The Old Apartment', 'Pinch Me', 'If I Had $1000,000' and 'Brian Wilson.' The Barenaked Ladies are joining the fight against hunger by bringing their popular sound and a charismatic stage presence to the upcoming Taste of the NFL event. Since 1992, Taste of the NFL has been the premier party to attend during Super Bowl weekend. Pairing top chefs from every NFL city with NFL's current and legendary players, proceeds from this culinary event support food banks in every NFL city.
