New York (Top40 Charts/ Hollywood Records) - Multi-platinum rockers BREAKING BENJAMIN (Ben Burnley, vocals/guitar; Aaron Fink, guitar; Mark James, bass; Chad Szeliga, drums), currently gearing up for another round of performances in support of the their highly-successful 4th album Dear Agony, have announced additional dates for their co-headlining tour with Three Days Grace and special guests Flyleaf beginning February 13, 2010 in Lowell, MA.

Dear Agony, which debuted No 4 on Billboard's Top 200 chart, is poised to spawn a second hit single with "Give Me A Sign", claiming the No 1 Most Added song position at Active Rock radio its first week out, while their first single "I Will Not Bow"- which held the No 1 spot for 4 weeks straight - continues to hold strong at No 2 after an astounding 21 weeks on the Active Rock charts.

With the success of their album and tour in full swing, Breaking Benjamin has also announced their much-anticipated official fan club - Unknown Soldiers: The Official Breaking Benjamin Fan Club (www.unknownsoldiers.net). Fan Club members will have access to exclusive photos, video blogs, audio exclusives, members-only message board as well as pre-sale tickets and VIP packages.

Dear Agony which was released in September 2009 has sold over 350K copies to date and is the follow-up to 2006's We Are Not Alone and 2004's Phobia, both of which have hit platinum status selling over a million copies each.

Tickets for the second leg of the tour go on sale beginning January 15th at all general ticket outlets.
