NEW YORK (Prince Official Website) - The upcoming concert DVD by superstar pop artist Prince will be shown at invitation-only theatrical screenings in 10 cities the evening before its official August 19 release.

Corporate sponsors, press, retailers, radio contest winners, and members of the NPG Music Club will receive tickets to experience Prince Live At The Aladdin Las Vegas on big screens on Monday (August 18) at 8 p.m.

The screenings will take place at Loew's Cineplex theaters in New York, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Detroit, Atlanta, Houston, and Baltimore.

The first DVD to be available through the subscription-only NPG Music Club, Prince Live At The Aladdin Las Vegas was recorded December 15, 2002, during Prince's Las Vegas tour stop. Totaling 80 minutes of music, the DVD features the New Power Generation (NPG) and special guests Sheila E., saxophonist Maceo Parker, and singer Nikka Costa also performs with the Minneapolis hit-maker.
