New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Tehillah Enterprises) - Praise and worship has come a long way in the Black Church. Artists such as Israel Houghton and Byron Cage have penned songs that are now part of the repertoire of the average African American church. Another gifted psalmist and worship leader has just stepped on the scene with a gift to bring God's people into His presence as well; her name is Madelyn Berry. The Orlando resident, who has had the opportunity to sing behind such artists as Darwin Hobbs and Richard Smallwood, is a member of the music department of New Destiny Christian Center in Apopka, Florida under the pastorate of Dr. Zachery Tims.

Now she's walking into her destiny with the debut release of BerryTightMusic's You Deserve All Praise. A beautifully-orchestrated collage of 15 tracks of high energy praise and thought-provoking worship, You Deserve All Praise showcases not only the stunning vocals of Madelyn Berry, but her heartfelt love for the Lord. You Deserve All Praise will be released digitally nationally on Tuesday, March 2, 2010. She will be making her national television debut on BET's Bobby Jones Gospel on Sunday, May 2, 2010.

The Fairfield, Alabama native has been singing since she was little. In spite of being shy as a youngster, the bold voice on the inside was not to be silenced and she found herself belting it out at her local church. At her first major gospel concert, she witnessed a performance by Shirley Caesar and that performance solidified her calling to music ministry. Her first project, Voice To Inspire, received positive feedback and introduced Madelyn to the gospel music community. Now the psalmist is prepping her first major release, You Deserve All Praise. Produced by Taron Berry, the project contains songs that glisten with slick production without losing the integrity of the live worship experience. 'You Deserve All Praise', a festive 7-minute worship masterpiece, is one of the CD's jewels. 'Leaning', an up-tempo song which pulls the congregation into Madelyn's praise, is another memorable track as is her amazing rendition of Chris Tomlin's mega-hit, 'How Great Is Our God'.

Madelyn has had the opportunity to sing behind some of gospel music's finest artists. Darwin Hobbs raves about Madelyn. "During this dispensation of time the world needs hope, encouragement, and the power of God to sustain itself. I believe music is powerful catalyst towards this type of fulfillment. Madelyn Berry is one of the vessels chosen to help usher the body of Christ into our next dimension of power! She possesses both SKILL and ANOINTING which I believe are prerequisites for any psalmist to be most effective! I've seen her in action. I felt the power of God as she's ministered. I'm a living witness to the fact that she lives what she sings. This industry needs so many more like her!!"
