NASHVILLE, Tenn. (CCMA Website) - The countdown begins as we head toward the 27th Annual Canadian Country Music Awards Show to be held Monday, September 8th at Calgary's Pengrowth Saddledome.

The Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) has announced additional country stars confirmed to participate in Canada's biggest Country music celebration. Keith Urban, Lisa Brokop, Doc Walker and Gil Grand will join Wynonna, Terri Clark, Carolyn Dawn Johnson, Aaron Lines and host Paul Brandt (with more artists to be announced).

As part of the program, international superstar and eight-time CCMA nominee Shania Twain will present the Hall of Fame Award to Canadian legend Sylvia Tyson.

The Canadian Country Music Awards Show will air live at 8:00PM in all time zones on CBC Television, CMT in the U.S. with a later broadcast on CMT Canada.
