Palo Alto, CA (Top40 Charts/ FanSnap) - FanSnap, the leading live event ticket search engine, today announced that its search results, comprising dozens of ticket sites, have located hundreds and for some tour stops, thousands of available Lady Gaga tickets. As show after show of the wildly successful 'Monster Ball' tour sells out at the box office, Lady Gaga fans, like many concert fans, are turning to the large and popular open market for event tickets, which offers fans entertainment choices that until recent years were unavailable to average fans, giving them the power to buy the exact tickets they desire, when and from whom, they choose.

"FanSnap ticket search is the solution to 'sold out,' providing fans looking for concert tickets tremendous entertainment choices and value, while saving them hours of searching," said FanSnap CEO Mike Janes. "FanSnap makes it very hard for fans to overpay, as they can identify at a glance the 'best value' tickets on the open market - those that are priced substantially below other available comparable tickets by 10%, 25%, even 50% less."

As one example, the latest FanSnap ticket search results have located a combined 6,000+ Lady Gaga tickets to the three shows at New York's Madison Square Garden on fifteen ticket sites, which likely represent thousands of sellers. The asking prices for comparable tickets can vary by as much as 50% or more. One recent search on www.fansnap.com found tickets with an asking price of $229 in the same row as tickets listed for $805. Market prices of course fluctuate up or down over time based on the balance of willing ticket buyers vs. willing ticket sellers.

The popularity of the open market for sports, theatre, and concert tickets has exploded as fans have rejected antiquated options such as being shut out of going to a desired event, settling for lower quality tickets than they really want, or having to deal with street scalpers. FanSnap was created specifically to help fans best navigate the rapid increase in the number of quality ticket companies that enable this open market.

FanSnap was named to the "PC World 100: Best Products of 2009" and also named "Most Innovative New Search Engine" of the Search Engine Watch (SEW) Awards 2009.
