'Brilliant' (NPR) Patrick Watson Brings Eclectic Sound To Largest NYC Shows To Date At Bell House, 92Y Tribeca May 6 And 7

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) - Ever wondered what Jeff Buckley, Syd Barrett, Bertolt Brecht, Erik Satie and Tom Waits would be like together? The result, Guitar Player says, "might sound something like Patrick Watson and the Wooden Arms." New Yorkers will have the opportunity to find out for themselves when the Montreal-based quartet, whose third album 'Wooden Arms' was released by Secret City in 2009, kick off their longest US tour to date at their largest NYC shows to date. They'll bring their "beguiling, bewitching" (EW) brand of "vibrant, thoughtful and textured pop music" (NPR) to the Bell House in Brooklyn May 6 and to 92Y Tribeca March 7. Doveman opens both shows.
