50 Cent in shooting incident

NEW YORK (50 Cent Fans Website) - 50 Cent and members of his entourage are at the centre of an investigation into a shooting incident at a New Jersey hotel earlier this week.

On Tuesday morning, several shots were fired in the parking lot of a Jersey City hotel where the rapper and about a dozen companions were checking in. No-one was hurt in the incident, but police say that 50 Cent and his entourage fled the scene after the gunfire broke out. Police say that they are giving 50 Cent five days to submit to questioning about the incident before issuing a warrant.
It is still unclear who fired the shots and why. Shell casings from two different guns were found at the scene. Police were not called to the scene until half an hour after the incident.
