"Amante de Lo Ajeno" is MARIA JOSE's second solo album and is currently the biggest selling album in Mexico, a feat that has helped her earn a spot in the Top 10 position in radio popularity in Mexico on an international level with the singles "No Soy Una Senora" and "Mi Amor, Amor". This success is followed by more accomplishments with the single "Adelante Corazon", which is being released in the United States and is destined to be a hit.
"I decided to release this new album, which is a part of the memories of many generations because it is composed of huge hits from various ballad and pop divas of the 80s," explains the singer. "Along with some friends, we named it 'Amante de Lo Ajeno' ('Lover of Other's') a title that best describes how we are borrowing the hits of the great pop singers of that time."
