New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) - Legendary New Orleans musician Mac Rebennack (known to music fans as Dr. John), who played on the original Exile On Main Street sessions in Los Angeles in 1972, will revisit that period when he sits in with Jimmy Fallon's house band the Roots throughout Late Night's May 13 broadcast. He'll play selections from Exile and his forthcoming album Tribal (August 3, 429 Records).

The week is shaping up to be a groundbreaking one for Late Night with Jimmy Fallon: the show is hosting a week-long celebration of the Rolling Stones' iconic 1972 album Exile on Main Street, which is being reissued May 18.

The musical guest on Late Night the evening of the 13th will be Phish. Musical guests for that week include Green Day, Sheryl Crow and Keith Urban. Other artists who will be sitting in with the Roots include Taj Mahal, Pearl Jam's Mike McCready, and Chuck Leavell.
