Tucson, AZ (Top40 Charts/ 2nd Saturdays Official Website) - Following its first event that attracted an estimated crowd of 10,000 to Downtown Tucson, the 2nd Saturdays Downtown organization announces the lineup for its second event to be held June 12, 2010, from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. from The Rialto Theatre and Hotel Congress to Hotel Arizona along Congress and its side streets.

On June 12, The Fox Theatre presents Creedence Again, the country's premier Creedence Clearwater Revival tribute band. Doors to the free show open at 6:00 p.m. with the first set at 7:00 p.m. In addition, the 2nd Saturdays outdoor stage, located on Scott Avenue at Broadway, features the following local bands in free performances on June 12:

6:30 p.m. - Drama Club, a 60's soul and funk band
7:45 p.m. - Leila Lopez, a folk/fusion guitarist and vocalist and
9:15 p.m. - The Sand Rubies, a Tucson Weekly Hall of Fame band known for straight on rock and roll.

Congress Street's club venues of Zen Rock, Sapphire and Centro will open early and the area's restaurants, bars and merchants all will have 2nd Saturday discounts and specials. Street musicians, including a cappella performers, a pipe and drum corps, country artists and jazz musicians, will line Congress and Sixth Avenue along with food and local arts and crafts vendors.

Also, Jim Click Automotive returns to 2nd Saturdays with a satellite auto mall set up in the Old Pueblo garage, featuring Ford race cars along with special deals on new cars.

The Congress Street redevelopment lot at Scott and Congress will be a drop-in movie and refreshment site and continue to host a Rock Band competition with prizes.
