NEW YORK (Missy Elliott Fans Website) - Missy Elliott has revealed details of her new album, This Is Not a Test, which is due out in November.
The first single from it will be Pass the Dutch, a reference to the 80s reggae anthem Pass the Dutchie by Musical Youth.

Missy told MTV she still feels she's "under construction," but adds: "This album represents how I feel right now in my life. I'm in a good space, and I think you can hear that."
The album is still being recorded but another song expected to be present is Wake Up, featuring Jay-Z. Other collaborators expected to appear on the album are Alicia Keys, R. Kelly and Busta Rhymes.
