NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Top40 Charts/ Music City News Media) - Flynnville Train (former label mates of Toby Keith on the Show Dog roster), introduces their sophomore album, REDEMPTION, via their new endeavor with the independent label Next Evolution Records. The band's Indiana-bred, blend of hard-drivin' country and Southern rock brings listeners home where the heart is. With equal parts Skynyrd and Waylon, Flynnville Train's edge likens them to the neo-Outlaw sound of popular artists such as Blackberry Smoke Reckless Kelly and Jamey Johnson.

During a five-year hiatus from recording, Flynnville Train spent their time on the road perfecting their musical chemistry-a sound that will hit all music enthusiasts, young and old, like a freight train. From all points North, East, South and West, across the United States and overseas, the group of road warriors has shared the Flynnville doctrine.

Their newest project of work, REDEMPTION, is Flynnville-Train complete: God-fearin', women lovin', workin' man, stick-to-your-ribs music with twangy, dirty guitar riffs, and nostalgic vocals as gritty as a long dirt road. The album is a clear testimony to the Flynnville Train-[Brian Flynn (lead vocals), Brent Flynn (lead guitar/vocals), Damon Michael (Bass), Tommy Bales (Drums)]-mission to make music 'their way.'

The album's 11 tracks were recorded and produced in the family-owned Barrick Recording Studio (Glasgow, KY), a magical music room where Flynnville Train has laid their music down for the past 10 years. With David Barrick behind the board (as co-producer, label head and the Flynnville Train silent fifth member) the new music is plain and simple: full-bodied with no fillers.

'Much of the album we recorded on first take and that reinforces the emotion, the translation of our hearts in each song,' Brian Flynn, Flynnville Train's lead singer explained. 'Working along side the Barricks [brothers Dave and Dan], brings out the best in us. We all work for a living, have the same values, and the end result is a recording that hits home with folks just like us. We are truly blessed; Dave and Dan are 100% in our corner as our friends in music and our label heads.'

The band's passion is matched not only by their musical intensity but a unique label support system. Dan and Dave Barrick are Flynnville Train's biggest fans. The Barrick family formed Next Evolution Records as an outlet to spread the good word from Flynnville Train as the independent label's flagship artist.

'It's always been a team effort with the guys,' added Dan Barrick. 'The label and the band are partners in the way we make music; we all make a contribution. Our focus is to put out great music as a whole.'

Recording in an environment that honors their live shows and their fans will reinvigorate praise from Flynnville Train disciples. Their new single, 'Preachin' To The Choir,' ** (their first release in nearly three years) serves as the band's new gospel. The all-American sermon (written by Justin Wilson and Adam Wheeler) ships to radio June 7, 2010 (CDX/Vol. No. 501) with the full-length album to follow on July 20, 2010.

'It's a real, great tune and an opportunity for listeners to stand up and join in hymn to say We're real tired of the status quo. We're all in the same boat, feelin' the same way,' Flynn said of the single. 'Each time we perform it live, people always sing along; it's a sentiment felt by many in this country.'

A working, road band, Flynnville Train is all blue collar; while under the Show Dog imprint, the guys toured nationwide and internationally opening for megastar Toby Keith. Their self-titled album, released in 2007, also produced two hit singles "Last Good Time" (peaking at No. 41 on the charts) and "Nowhere Than Somewhere" (peaking at No. 38). Flynnville Train will be active participants in CMA Fest 2010 next week; following 'country music's biggest week,' they will embark on a nationwide radio promotion tour headed up by the Grassroots Promotions team.
