Area Event Presents DJ Tiesto @ Asbury Park Convention Hall On July 16 & 17

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Area Event) - Area Event presents global DJ/Producer sensation, Tilsto as he makes his Jersey Shore debut on July 16th & 17th, 2010 at Asbury Park's newly renovated Convention Hall. Tiesto is set to bring an incredible and over the top experience to New Jersey that will be a must-attend event for the electronic music community. Racking up a number of sold out performances in North America and Europe in support of Kaleidoscope and its Billboard dance chart topping single 'I Will Be Here,' Tilsto has garnered universal acclaim from critics and fans alike for his state-of-the-art live performances and progressive approach to the worlds of electronic dance, pop and rock.

After a run of four top-selling electronic artist albums, the electronic pioneer has made Kaleidoscope, an artist album in the truest sense: a stunning collection of songs written and recorded in collaboration with a variety of music talents from the worlds of dance, pop and rock: Jonsi Birgisson from Sigur Ros, Kele Okereke from Bloc Party, Nelly Furtado, Calvin Harris, Emily Haines from Metric, to name a few. Having made the DJ performance an artform, Tilsto has now made the dance album an artform.
