NEW YORK (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) - Clare Burson's 'Silver & Ash' (9.14, Rounder) is a "moving, diverse set...an impressionist approach" to chronicling her grandmother's life in Germany prior to WWII. Burson traveled throughout Germany and Eastern Europe to pen the "striking" (WNYC) album, and this Fall she'll travel the U.S. to showcase the stunning, nuanced musical results of her journeys.
