HOLLYWOOD, CA (Top40 Charts/ LUCK Media & Marketing) - Clad in a stunning, golden yellow Richard Robinson cocktail gown, Canadian pop singer Lola Spriggs (www.lolaspriggs.com) stepped on the Red Carpet at the 2010 Hollywood Music In Media Awards (HMMA) in style on November 18, held at The Highlands in Hollywood, Calif., where she was nominated for Best Pop Song for her single "I Wanna Love You" and Best Adult Contemporary/AAA Song for the title track of her new EP Nobody But You.

The eye-catching dress was created especially for Spriggs by internationally acclaimed fashion designer Richard Robinson. Known for his taste, quality, enthusiasm and pizzazz, Robinson has created gowns for Brigitte Bardot, Elizabeth Taylor, Zizi Jeanmaire and Catherine de Neuve. He is recognized internationally for his winning combination of extravagance and practicality.

The HMMA recognizes and honors the music of visual mediums, the talented individuals responsible for it, and the music of both mainstream and independent artists from around the globe.

Hailing from Navan, Ontario, the emerging singer has enjoyed a steady stream of media coverage with profiles by Reuters, Orleans EMC, The Ottawa Sun, Orleans Online, MuchMusic USA along with an appearance on the local cable show Rogers Daytime. Spriggs was also named "Woman of the Week" by Women's Post Magazine during the week of October 25.

Produced by Marcus Kane (Snow, XQuisite, GQ), the title track from Nobody But You shot to the top of the FMQB AC40 Chart and broke through the North American major market Mediabase AC Top40 earlier this year. It was also the #1 song on Ottawa's Adult Contemporary Chart for six weeks.

"I Wanna Love You," the second single from Nobody But You, is being promoted with a music video directed by James Campbell. The video had its premiere on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZBhRQFS4mMc) in September.
