Bransonfest Out West 2011 Set For The Casablanca Resort In Mesquite, Nev. Feb. 7-10

Mesquite, NV (Top40 Charts/ Branson Festival) - BransonFest Out West 2011 will include three musical groups along a long list of activities at several locations Feb. 7-10.
Sponsored by the Mesquite Resort Association, BransonFest is expected to draw enthusiasts from several states with an Oldies theme. Among the groups performing in the CasaBlanca Event Center will be ERocK, an Elvis Tribute Artist from Kansas City, Mo.; Matt Joyce, another Elvis Tribute Artist from Conrad, Ark.; Apple, a Beatles Tribute band from Phoenix that has performed in Branson, Mo., along with at locations throughout the world; and Cat's Pajamas, a Branson, vocal band which performed at Oprah Winfrey's 50th birthday.

The bands will play beginning at 7 p.m. each evening.

Other activities include a line dance class Feb. 8 in the CasaBlanca Ballroom beginning at 10 a.m; and a variety show with senior entertainers in the CasaBlanca Event Center beginning at 1 p.m.

The event has received strong response according to Petra Jones, tour and travel sales manager for Black Gaming.

"We are expecting a great turnout for BransonFest Out West for 2011," said Jones. "In fact, we could have double the amount of attendees over last year."

According to Sue Arko, event producer of Free Spirits Vacations and Events in Phoenix, this year's event is expected to draw returnees along with many new visitors.

"Because of the success from the first BransonFest, the word is spreading quickly that Mesquite is the place to be," Arko said. "Everyone had a great time last year, and this year is going to be even better."

Various packages remain available at the Virgin River Hotel casino. Jones said the CasaBlanca was nearing sellout by the middle of November.
