Soul Pitch Media Introduces 'Nyhtee'
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Soul Pitch Media) Music is Universal, so when You have an Artist breaking all barriers and mixing sounds to generate a certain genre, you can only get a fusion of music which solidifies you as one to be checking for. The beat is what moves you and the lyrics is what makes you follow to a fresh new sound, coming straight from the deserts of Phoenix, Arizona.. Nyhtee born in Phoenix, Arizona and raised in Sacramento, CA moved back to Phoenix, at the tender age of 14 to only turn back around to Cali. His stay was very short but the transition between California and Phoenix became a norm in his everyday life.

Nyhtee's love for music began when he was 7 singing in church while developing his physical in school. Nyhtee was part of the football and track team, this would later benefit him when he got on stage to perform with such greats as the Nappy Roots, Goodie Mobb, Father Mc, Junior Reed, Willy Northpole and Stevie Wonder just to name a few. But before he can grace the stage Nyhtee was practicing the techniques, he is known as a triple threat, producer, songwriter and rapper. Nyhtee says" I started rapping at age 7 listening to Run DMC, Slick Rick, LL Cool J, and Get Fresh Crew, they inspired me to want to get into the music". At Age 18 Nyhtee decided to take the music thing serious, he did a show with some friends in 1995 where Deathrow Records caught an interest in him and wanted to sign him. At the time his name was Nyhtmare.. Nyhtee lost the opportunity when he didn't answer the phone, and the A&R's at the label got tired of trying to reach out. Nyhtee learned a valuable lesson, but that experience didn't stop him from meeting and working with Multi-Platinum Dame Grease, who he works now alongside producing and making music together,.Nyhtee strays away from any traditional rap sound and carries a more funky jazz vibe.

His tunes are psychedelic with that soulful funk! You can hear it in his first single "I'm On" produced by Dame Grease it probably comes from his roots, Nyhtee is cousins with "KUNTE KINTE', ROSA PARKS AND ALEX HALEY. "Nyhtee is releasing "Monkey Magic" independently and is already working on his 2nd studio EP. Nyhtee believes in networking and reaching out to people to expand his resume, even if it means keeping it local.. His hometown fellow rappers Cinque from the man Up Squad, Big Fraze, and Willy Northpole all have blessed Nyhtee's production, When Bangladesh visited Phoenix, Nyhtee was right there in the studios banging beats with Big Fraze and Bangladesh. Nyhtee's songwriting credits can also be seen on Willy Northpole 2 songs "My Very First Time" and Chocolate Tye".. Nyhtee is just beginning and is ready to preach his true religion the one he has been learning for more than 15 years, so if your ready to listen he's ready to deliver!
