TORONTO, Canada (Our Lady Peace Fans Website) - Congratulations to Chantal Kreviazuk and Raine Maida. Canada's hottest musical couple has had their first child. Chantal gave birth to a baby boy on January 16th; they've named him Rowan.

Kreviazuk and the Our Lady Peace frontman married in 1999. The two made their acting debut in 2001's independent film, Century Hotel, and also wrote a song for the movie called "Can't Make It Good." The new mom and dad still plan to release an entire collection together someday.

Raine and Chantal's latest musical project is Avril Lavigne. Kreviazuk has written two songs for Avril's second album while Maida has stepped in as a contributing producer.
