First Single From Long Awaited Aly Cook Debut Album
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Futures Entertainment) Announcing the release of the first single from Aly Cook's debut album "Brand New Day". The first single is the sassy Country Blues "Spend it" with guest vocals from Sina Siapaia ex OMC.

The album is also produced by co-writer/producer of OMC's How Bizarre, Alan Jansson. Now available on ITunes & all leading digital retailers in NZ. Global release to follow on 21 March, 2011.

This is the first in a debut album release from Aly Cook & she's not your stereotypical emerging artist. At 47 ,3 kids, a farm and full time personal & marketing assistant to an American millionaire entrpreneur, now residing in NZ. Her day gig is vast from planning of incoming international VIP guests of the Split Apple Hideaway.

A 10,000 per night luxury accommodation in the Abel Tasman, to the maintaining and marketing of 1.3 kilometres of Coastal property, subdivision planning and much more. It's a full and interesting life, which is about to get a whole lot more interesting as she embarks globally to perform festivals from New Zealand to the United Kingdom during 2011.

Aly will be filming a documentary during 2011 of the tour which includes performances at. Wild Foods - Hokitika, Urban Country Festival Brisbane, Port Pirie Festival, Australia, Norfolk Island Country Music Festival, Tower Festival Yorkshire and The 31st Americana International in Nottingham United Kingdom, which has some 70,000 attendees yearly.

Using Social Media Marketing & crowd funding sites to the full. Aly not only raised US$20,000 from 254 fans around the world to complete the Brand New Day album. She is now fundraising on https://www.indiegogo.com/alycook to put toward her tour and documentary.
