NEW YORK (P. Diddy Fans Website) - P. Diddy and Jennifer Lopez will no longer have to testify in a new civil case surrounding the now infamous 1999 New York Club shooting. On Monday, P. Diddy settled the $3 million lawsuit filed by his former driver. Wardell Fenderson said he suffered emotional damage after being forced by the rapper to speed away from the crime scene where he ran eleven red lights and ignored police orders to stop.
The exact settlement terms remain a secret and lawyers for both sides are only saying "the matter has been resolved to the satisfaction of all parties."

P. Diddy was acquitted of gun possession and bribery charges surrounding the incident back in 2001. His friend Jamal "Shyne" Barrow received 8 years in prison on assault charges, reckless endangerment, and criminal possession of a gun. Lopez was spared testifying in that case as well.
