NEW YORK (R. Kelly Fans Website) - R. Kelly's lawyers are asking a judge to suppress nude photos allegedly found on a digital camera at the singer's home outside Orlando, Fla. Kelly's lawyers argue the camera was found during an illegal search of his home.
Authorities say the photos show Kelly engaged in sexual activity with a minor. The singer is facing charges of having sex with an underage girl and videotaping it.
A hearing has been scheduled for Thursday to decide the issue.

Meanwhile, Kelly heads out to L.A. this weekend to attend the Grammys where he is up for two awards.
