NEW YORK (Janet Jackson Fans Website) - Last week we told you about a woman from Tennessee who was filing a class-action lawsuit because of the whole Janet Jackson boob flash at the Super Bowl. Well, Terri Carlin has withdrawn her billion-dollar suit against Jackson, Timberlake, MTV, CBS and Viacom saying she believes she's made her point. Carlin had alleged that she and other who saw the halftime show were injured by the lewd actions that took place.
Now Carlin, says she will wait to see if measures by the FCC and the companies involved will succeed in preventing similar stunts from happening.
