Marc Robillard Releases 'Left London'

Los Angeles, CA (Top40 Charts/ MT Press) MTV and Extreme Music Hype Artist Marc Robillard released his sophomore album 'Left London' today. Music from the much anticipated release has already been placed in an upcoming episode of ABC's primetime cop drama "Rookie Blue"

Inspired by his time spent living in England, Robillard stays true to his roots while adapting a fuller sound to his already intimate, honest appeal. "Left London" is the long awaited follow up to the singer's 2005 debut EP "Paper Airplanes" that expands Robillard's unique alt-singer/songwriter approach by leaps and bounds. Teaming up with acclaimed producers Andrew Bojanic and Liz Hooper of The Wizardz of Oz, Robillard was able to create the ambitious record on a grand scale that his fans have long been waiting for. Having worked with such big name artists as Vanessa Hudgens, Avril Lavigne, Britney Spears and Krystal Meyers, The Wizardz have given "Left London" a definitive pop sheen, while still showcasing Marc's humbly powerful voice.

"Contagious", the first single, shows Robillard's newfound penchant for hook driven melodies that fit seamlessly with the singer's captivatingly intimate vocal tone. Heartfelt lyrics and Robillard's laid back approach are complimented by textured instrumentation and intricate arrangements. An updated version of the fan favorite, "So Much More" is also featured in addition to 12 other tracks on Robillard's first full length release.
