Eurovision Top Favorites From France, UK, Austria, Azerbaijan, Malta And Ukraine Gather In Kyiv For A Joint Live Performance
LONDON, UK (Top40 Charts/ CFC Consulting) Three weeks before the Eurovision Song Contest-2011 kick-off this year's top favorites gather in Kyiv, Ukraine's capital, taking the opportunity to promote their songs to 200,000 Eurovision fans, who gathered on the main square of the Ukrainian capital. The live performance was co-hosted by Ukraine's Mika Newton, giving her farewell concert before leaving for Dusseldorf.

A grandiose event featured live performance of Mika Newton and her Eurovision fellows from France, the United Kingdom, Austria, Azerbaijan and Moldova. "I feel so honored to have the top entries of this year's contest here at my farewell party. All my guests received a very warm welcome from the Ukrainian audience and, I am sure, have enjoyed their stay in Kyiv," said Mika Newton.

The Moldovan rockers from Zdob si Zdub inflamed the crowd performing one of their hit songs and this year's entry song So Lucky.

Nadine from Austria said: "I've already met Mika in Vienna and in Amsterdam and I like her a lot! I'm very proud that she invited me to her farewell party and I'm looking forward to the concert and to the Ukrainian audience!"

Nikki and Eldar from Azerbaijan couldn't miss a chance to perform at Mika' farewell concert "We love Mika's song, it brings good to people and addresses them with a very emotional appeal," they said.

The Blue from the United Kingdom put on an outstanding show singing their ESC entry song I Can. Before their performance the boys wished the very best of luck to Mika Newton and said they looked forward to seeing her in Dusseldorf.

The French representative Amaury Vassili once again demonstrated his superb vocals when performing his song Sognu. "Our trip to Kiev was simply perfect! Both the press conference and the concert were a success! Thank you very much," - commented the ESC 2011 top favorite on his stay in Kyiv.
