Praise For Thomas Dybdahl From NY Times, UK, Elvis Costello
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) Singer-songwriter and guitarist Thomas Dybdahl will make his US debut of lush, nuanced chamber-pop with 'Songs' July 12 on multiple Grammy-winner Larry Klein's new Strange Cargo imprint via Decca. Thomas has received a wave acclaim in recent years from the New York Times and Elvis Costello to NME and Q Magazine overseas.

"Norway's answer to Nick Drake" (NME)

"Each song has the delicate suspense of a drawn breath." - NY Times

"'One Day You'll Dance For Me New York City' is great - really delicate, almost transparently so." - Elvis Costello (Mojo)

"One of the most talented singer-songwriters from the Norwegian scene." - Q Magazine

"Gently majestic...his craftsmanship is exhilarating to behold." - Paste
