Michigan Rapper Boss Ruff Signs With Expat Records
Grandville, MI. (Top40 Charts/ Expat Records) The Ex G.G. Boyz star, also a producer, actor and song-writer will be releasing his new EP entitled 'Smoking Hot Sizzling' in the summer of 2011.

Since the age of 17, Michigan hip hop artist, 'Boss Ruff' has undertaken many roles from entertainer to actor, rapper to writer; this native Grand Rapids MI native has many strings to his bow, but has always returned to his roots as a rapper.

Boss Ruff lead G.G. Boyz on their first underground album 'Hard Hood Classic – We Hungry Volume 1' as well as on follow up album 'Hard Feelings' which features guest appearances from acclaimed rappers including B-Legit, Tax Holloway, Bailey The Champ as well as DJ Head. The Michigan rapper was also part of the winning team who took home the title of "Hustler's of the Year' at the 2007 Grand Rapids Hip-Hop awards presented by Grand Rapids Hip Hop Coalition.

Boss Ruff took the opportunity to hone his talents as an actor after the disbanding of the G.G. Boyz and landed a role in the Independent Grand Valley State student 2011 film 'Trap House' and also appeared on ABC's show 'You've got to be kidding me'. He continued to build a name as a solo artist and opened for some of hip hop's heavy weights including Doughboyz Cashout, Dem Franchise Boyz and Wu Tang Clan.

Recently discovered by Expat Records and Infinite Wordwide's Steve Roberts, who was highly impressed with the Michigan rapper's latest creation 'Shine'' which offers a mixture of swaggy styles from mid-west, south, east and west flavors all in one.

'Shine' will form part of the forthcoming EP entitled 'Smoking Hot Sizzlin'. The tracks from this EP were recorded in what Boss Ruff considers his 'way to put on for the Midwest culture'. He explains 'The Midwest is never going to be slept on again as long as I carry it on my shoulders and fans can always expect me to bring my savvy flamboyant style and unique raspy aggression to my music'

The 'Smoking Hot Sizzlin' EP is scheduled for release in summer 2011.
