Dr. John Owns Bonnaroo 2011 With Special Anniv. Performance Of His Legendary 'Desitively Bonnaroo' LP

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) 2011 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Dr. John will perform his landmark 1974 album Desitively Bonnaroo in its entirety on Saturday, June 11 with the Original Meters and Allen Toussaint at Bonnaroo to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the popular music festival, which took its name from the album. He will also join Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys the next evening for a superjam. Always one of the most anticipated events at Bonnaroo, the superjam will be a can't-miss mash-up of New Orleans flavor and epic blues-rock. In July, Dr. John and his band the Lower 911 return to NYC for a headlining show at the bandshell in Brooklyn's Prospect Park.
