New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Joe Hand Official Website) After stirring up the industry with a clever title and vivid art cover of his current album, Songs Famous People Should Sing - Volume 1, multi-faceted Joe Hand is back in the studio recording new tunes for a Volume 2 edition.
This record producer, engineer, songwriter, artist, entertainer, multi-instrumentalist and counselor was recently in the famous Starstruck Studios on Music Row laying down tracks and vocals. This album is expected to be released this fall. "This project is really coming together and I'm enjoying every minute of this experience. I hope fans, producers, labels and other executives hear these songs and can really connect with them," says Joe.
After a 10 year run as a top engineer in Nashville recording studios, Joe moved to central Florida where he now entertains and composes music when he isn't leading contemporary worship for the North Lake Presbyterian in Lady Lake, FL.
This New York native, who has worked with top recording artists Linkin Park, John Michael Talbot, Barry McGuire, Mason Proffit, Muriel Anderson, etc, continues to make numerous trips to Nashville to produce and network with other songwriters.
His current album, among his other projects, has sold tens of thousands of copies throughout US and Canada. With musical influences including The Beatles, The Eagles, Pink Floyd, Billy Joel, Boston, Aerosmith, Miles Davis, Elvis, Motown and Paul Simon, Joe strongly believes in the importance of purity and soul in music. "Music is communication and hopefully, it is conveying the same emotions, desires, dreams and hopes it always has!"
