Silent J Kicks The Groove Into Beatport's Top 100

Phoenix, AZ (Top40 Charts/ Sonic Masterworks) A new name is making waves on the electronic music front and has quickly taken the charts by storm. Silent J released his second solo EP on the Sonic Masterworks record label on June 26th, titled THIS IS THE BASS EP. As a Beatport "Featured Release" for both Electro House and Dubstep, the fourth track on the EP, titled "Kick The Groove", made its way into the Electro House Top 100 downloads on Beatport only two days after it's release. The track is currently No 61, and is continuing to make it's way to the top.

Silent J is known for his adrenaline-filled productions, filled with mind-blowing builds and wicked drops. As a live act, Silent J has made many appearances in the Southwest United States. For those who like the sound of dirty electro and wobbley dubstep, this release does not dissapoint. The rise of "Kick The Groove" on the Beatport charts is evidence that Silent J is quickly making his way onto the iPods and set lists of DJs around the world. This wobbley electro track includes deep bursts of dubstep that are upbeat, catchy, and energetic. In addition, "Raptured Wasteland" is an ear-exploding dubstep track on the EP that sets the tone for the greatness of all the tracks to follow. "G-Force" is another hard-hitting dubstep track with a mixture of dark synths and grimey dubstep beats. "Rollercoaster" is a pulsating dubstep track that is sure to take the listener for the ride of their lives.
