NEW YORK (Columbia Records Press Release) - Columbia Records is set to release "23rd Street Lullaby," the first album of new music from Patti Scialfa since the artist's critically-acclaimed 1993 release, "Rumble Doll." "23rd Street Lullaby" will be in stores on Tuesday, June 15.
Beginning at 6 p.m., Tuesday, June 15, Patti Scialfa will sign copies of "23rd Street Lullaby" at New York's Tower Records - Lincoln Center (1961 Broadway at 66th Street, Manhattan).

In addition, Patti Scialfa's "Stumbling To Bethlehem," one of the key tracks on "23rd Street Lullaby," can be heard in the season finale of the People's Choice Award-winning CBS dramatic series, "Joan of Arcadia," on Friday, May 21.
With all words and music written by Patti Scialfa, "23rd Street Lullaby" is an intimate and powerful musical memoir combining imagery, empathy and honesty in twelve compelling tracks ranging from plaintive ballads to full- tilt rockers.

Co-produced by Patti Scialfa and Steve Jordan (who recently served as musical director for the PBS series, "Martin Scorsese Presents the Blues" and has produced albums by Keith Richards, the Jon Spencer Blues Explosion and others), "23rd Street Lullaby" showcases an ensemble featuring guitarist Nils Lofgren, vocalist Soozie Tyrell, bassist Willie Weeks, keyboardist Clifford Carter, avant-garde guitarist Marc Ribot, cellist Jane Scarpantoni, drummer/co-producer Steve Jordan, and others.
Her debut solo album, "Rumble Doll," released in 1993, presented her as an emotionally potent performer as well as a singer-songwriter with an intensely personal vision.
