NEW YORK (BME/TVT Records Official Fans Website) - After 81 weeks, "Kings Of Crunk," the BME/TVT Records sophomore album from Lil Jon & the East Side Boyz has been certified double platinum by the RIAA for U.S. sales in excess of 2 million units. The album is still in Billboard Top 200 chart holding the No 81 position, No 19 on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and currently the No 1 selling Independent album in the country.

The remarkable "Kings Of Crunk," which features Jadakiss, Mystikal, 8Ball, Krayzie Bone, Pastor Troy and E-40, among others, has taken Crunk music from a regional sensation to a national phenomenon. The album stands as an artistic advancement of a group who was already at the top of its game.

In other Lil Jon & The East Side Boyz news, Lil Jon will be the celebrity red carpet reporter at this year's MTV Movie Awards. Lil Jon & The East Side Boyz will follow-up "Kings Of Crunk" with the aptly titled "Crunk Juice" tentatively scheduled for an October 2004 release.
