LONDON, Ontario, Canada (www.kittierocks.com) - Kittie has selected "Into the Darkness" as the first single from its upcoming release, "Until the End."

A video for "Into the Darkness" will be shot later this month in New York City. The husband and wife team of Greg Kaplan and Rafaela Monfradini (Everytime I Die, Avenged Sevenfold) will direct the video.
"We all really wanted a video that would contrast the upbeat nature of the song," said guitarist/vocalist Morgan Lander. "We chose to work with Greg Kaplan and Rafaela Monfradini because I think they really saw eye to eye with our vision and understood the statement and what the song is saying lyrically."

The video is set to be very dark and will incorporate dream-like imagery representing suffering, loneliness and the unknown, reflecting the lyrics of the song.
"Into the Darkness'" is set for impact on radio on June 21. "Until the End," Kittie's third full-length, will be release July 27 by Artemis Records.
