NEW YORK (Top40 Charts/ Universal Republic Records) With a heavy heart, JESSIE J must regretfully vacate her support slot on the final leg of Katy Perry's California Dreams Tour which was slated to begin November 15.
Due to her doctor's orders, the pop sensation must stay off the road internationally and undergo intensive constant physical therapy to recover fully from a serious recent injury that could worsen if she returns to the road. U.S. audiences will have the chance to experience her live in 2012.
Still, JESSIE J's latest single, "Domino", is set to repeat the success of its predecessor the platinum-selling, "Price Tag" [Featuring B.o.B]. Produced by hitmaker Dr. Luke, the song is another boundary-breaking pop gem that swiftly shifts from a sunny guitar into one of the singer's catchiest choruses yet. "Domino" debuted on iTunes August 29th, and it continues to gain traction.
The song became available shortly after JESSIE J's triumphant performance at the MTV VMAs. It was an unforgettable moment for the singer as she turned out one incredible anthem after another while persevering through the pains of her injury.
JESSIE J will return next year, and she's going to make it up to American audiences in a big way.
