 NEW YORK (P. Diddy Fans Website) - Yesterday, a civil judgement was overturned for Sean "P. Diddy" Combs to pay Cedrick Bobby Lemon the sum of $450,000. Cedrick Bobby Lemon, claimed he was beaten in June 1995 by two bodyguards Combs hired to protect soul singer Mary J. Blige at a Joel Coliseum concert in Winston-Salem. Lemon was a limousine driver and wore an identification badge that permitted him to stand backstage. As the bodyguards tried to clear the backstage area to escort Blige from the coliseum, they punched Lemon in the head, kicked him in the back and broke his right ankle, according to the lawsuit. Lemon was permanently impaired from running and jumping, as well as being unable to work as a limo driver. It has not been determined if Lemon will appeal the decision.
