NEW YORK (Earthquake Records press release) - Hot new rap sensation Cavlar will throw a little east coast flavor in the mix when he joins dirty south crunk rappers Lil Jon and the Eastside Boyz and Ying Yang Twins for a show June 4.

The show, held at the Memorial Field House in Huntingdon, West Virginia, will be the latest in a string of recent appearances by the much-talked about New Yorker.
Says Cavlar, "I'm looking forward to this show. Lil Jon and Ying Yang bring a lotta excitement to the stage and so do we. We?re just gonna show ?em how to crank it up east coast style."

Cavlar has already been featured on HOT 97's DJ Kay Slay Drama Hour and WBLS' Wendy Williams Show as well as on a show with smooth R&B vocalists Mario Winans and Carl Thomas - further proving that his brand of music can reach all audiences. Cavlar is gearing up for the September release of his debut cd "Break 'Em Down" (Earthquake Records).

Cavlar, who honed his writing and rapping skills while serving time in New York's Arthur Kill Correctional Facility, said 'Break Em Down' covers broad terrain and displays his versatility as an artist. "The album has different feels to it," he says, adding that it reflects how, oddly enough, his stint behind bars led him to a career in music.
