NEW YORK (Billboard) - Former Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash is back on the road in the U.S. with the latest incarnation of Slash's Snakepit in support of last year's "Ain't Life Grand." The album has sold 29,000 copies in the U.S., according to SoundScan. In 2000, the band toured arenas opening for AC/DC, and headlined shows in North America, Japan and Europe. The current dates include a trio of shows - June 26 in Chicago, June 27 in Detroit and June 29 in Pittsburgh - opening for Billy Idol.
