New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ RoadRunner Records) Soulfly will be headlining the 15th annual D-Low Memorial Show at the Marquee Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona on Friday, December 30. Also appearing on the bill will be Incite and Lody Kong. The show is held every year in memory of Max Cavalera's stepson, Dana Wells, who was killed in a 1996 car accident. In 2004, the band recorded part of their The Song Remains Insane DVD at the show.

Watch the a clip of the band playing "Rise of the Fallen" with guest vocals by Greg Puciato of Dillinger Escape Plan, from the 2010 show:

Soulfly will also be playing at the Viper Room in Hollywood, CA the night before the D-Low show, on Thursday, December 29.

Vocalist Travis Ryan of Cattle Decapitation has recorded a guest vocal for the next Soulfly album, which will be out in 2012. Said Ryan, "It's an honor to receive a call from someone you had pictures of on your wall as a kid asking you to be on a new album of theirs. I literally had a picture of Max and Gloria [Max's wife and manager] holding [Gloria's son] Richie in her arms that I ripped out of a copy of Metal Maniacs on my wall when I was 15 or 16. Now they're asking for my artistic hand in one of their creations; [it] just doesn't get much more surreal than that. Very honored and the song is very 'death metal-ish' and completely crushes. Happy to be a part of it!"
