LOS ANGELES, CA (DCK Official Website) - DCK has arrived! If you like your music original and your band real, then look no further. These guys have put together a dynamic new sound that is unlike anything you've ever hearda new style of music for a new generation. If you're searching for that bubblegum/American Idol kind of sound, you won't find it here.

DCK is a hard-hitting and dynamic new band that is ROCKING the music world. Formed in Southern California, DCK quickly established themselves as cutting-edge hardcore musicians who do real music their own way. "Our mission is to be revolutionary" explains James Hoover.
"It's to bring our real life experiences to life through our music. We play for real people and we have a story to tell." If nothing else, DCK will make a tremendous impact on your life. Their music is from the heart and it's real and rawand after all, isn't that what music is all about?

If you're tired of hearing that same old worn-out sound and want something new and exciting in your music, then DCK is the band for you. Hear them now, because in a few years this explosive new group will be on the fast track to the Grammies. This exciting new band has become one of the hottest new duos on the West Coast and will no doubt be cutting a record deal in the near future.
You'll be able to see the latest DCK trailer airing on MTV in June of 2004.

25 year-old Nathan Peterson is a remarkable guitarist from Santa Cruz, CA who lives for his music. Inspired by the likes of Sublime, Bob Marley and all kinds of Reggae, Nathan has put together a unique sound that transcends stereotypical music. It all began with a dream. Nathan loves recording, concerts, cigars and of course, partying all night long. What he doesn't like are pop-stars like the kind you find on "American Idol" the "Britney Spears" types or NSYNC's of the world.

Nathan is all about being and keeping it real. This comes out in his music and is one of the things that sets this up and coming star apart from the rest. Nathan's goal is to share uncensored music to those who want to hear it. Although his early life was spent in virtual poverty, Nathan pronounces that "It was a wonderful experience. It made me the man I am today and helped form the unique music we play."

California born vocalist, James Hoover, is off the hook. This 25 year-old performer doesn't care what anybody thinks about him, all he cares about is "staying true to the process" and "finishing what he sets out to do." James has been inspired mostly by Perry Ferrell and Elliot Smith. They helped him to find the voice that now so melodically conveys truth, nail-biting realism and power to every song he sings. James has an exciting and unique new sound that will always leave you wanting more. This young artist loves music, recording and brotherhood. He doesn't care much for fakes or people who never voice their opinions.
