NEW YORK (Official Fans Website) - Courtney Love said Tuesday she has to postpone a summer concert tour just days before it was due to begin. The singer cancelled her upcoming tour in the face of mounting legal troubles. Love, 39, planned to reschedule the dates in the future, her spokeswoman Heidi Schaeffer said. The 21-show tour was set to start on Friday in New Haven, Connecticut, and close on July 23 in Los Angeles. A mounting pile of legal troubles face Love. The most recent are felony charges of assault with a deadly weapon (read full story). She still has one drug count in Los Angeles to contend with, as well as assault charges leveled against her by a fan hit in the head by a microphone stand in New York. Love has not made a statement about the cancelation of her shows, and no move to reschedule have been announced.
