Scorpions - New Album: Comeblack
One of the world's most successful rock bands,
Scorpions were formed in 1965 by guitarist Rudolf Schenker and have since sold over 22 million records. Best known for their 1980s rock anthem and jukebox classic "Rock You Like A Hurricane," the band enjoyed a number of mega-singles over their 4-plus decade career, including "No One Like You," "
Still Loving You" and "Wind of Change." VH1 ranked
Scorpions #46 on their 'Greatest Artists of Hard Rock' program, and "Rock You Like a Hurricane" as #18 on their list of the 100 Greatest Hard Rock Songs in 2009. On January 24, 2012,
Scorpions are scheduled to release Comeblack, an album born out of their 2010 farewell tour. Designed as a 'thank you' to the band's die-hard fans, Comeblack consists of new recordings of seven
Scorpions classic hits plus select covers of quintessential rock hits ("Tainted Love," "Ruby Tuesday"). Timed with the album's release, TouchTunes will celebrate Scorpions's longtime musical success by featuring Comeblack on digital jukeboxes nationwide.
