Peermusic Announces Publishing Agreement With Multi-platinum Selling Recording Artist Tyrese Gibson

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Peermusic) Peermusic is pleased to announce they have inked a publishing agreement with recording artist, actor, New York Times Best Selling Author and model Tyrese Gibson. peermusic will be the exclusive publisher for Gibson's latest album, Open Invitation, as well as all music written during this term. The first single off of Open Invitation, "Stay," has held the #1 position on the Urban AC charts for thirteen consecutive weeks. The announcement was made by Sam Kling, peermusic VP A&R.

Gibson has found much commercial success with Open Invitation, having already sold more than 200,000 units to date. The album debuted in the top 10 on Billboard's Top 200 Chart as well as the #2 R&B Album, and as the #1 R&B release on iTunes. Open Invitation features Ludacris, R. Kelly, Rick Ross and Jay Rock. The next single from Open Invitation, "Nothing On You," was released to UAC radio on January 8th. The supporting video clip will debut on both BET and Centric on 2/4 as part of a Tyrese Valentines Day take over, and a nationwide tour is set to start February 10th.
