New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) Team Coco is getting in the Mardi Gras spirit with an exclusive full album stream of Galactic's new LP 'Carnivale Electricos,' which is out Fat Tuesday, Feb 21, on Anti- Records.

Galactic will perform a track from the new album on Conan on March 29.

'Carnivale Electricos' explores Carnival culture in both New Orleans and Brazil. In an early review Offbeat raves that the album has "the crackle of electricity" that makes "ages-old, tradition-bound ceremonies seem utterly modern - even post-modern."

Galactic will play their annual all-night Lundi Gras show at Tipitina's in New Orleans before mounting a massive national tour next week.
