NEW YORK (Commotion Records) - Commotion Records/KOCH Records is pleased to announce the release of the soundtrack to feature film, Code 46 on August 10th.

The highly-innovative and respected David Holmes and Stephen Hilton's Free Association create an edgy, restless world of disorder in their soundtrack for Michael Winterbottom's (24 Hour Party People, Welcome To Sarajevo) sci-fi romance, Code 46. Known for juxtaposing a number of musical genres within their smart, inventive electronica, Holmes and Hilton's critically-lauded music has attracted major attention with dance and techno fans. Their work has quickly become a favorite of some of Hollywood's top film directors, earning them appearances on a number soundtracks including Out Of Sight, Oceans Eleven, and Pi. Their acclaimed producing and remixing work includes Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Depeche Mode, and Primal Scream.

Code 46 stars Academy Award winner Tim Robbins and Academy Award nominee Samantha Morton, and tells the tale of two people struggling to find solace in a futuristic world. The film opened this year's South by Southwest film festival, and was nominated for a Golden Lion at the Venice Film Festival. United Artists will release the film in the U.S. on August 6, 2004.
