Sherri Hobbs makes her mark on the world with debut album 'My Testimony'

GRIFFIN (Faith Records) - Sherri Hobbs is truly a "PRECIOUS JEWEL OF GOSPEL" AN Atlanta native, she comes with abundant talent that will surely propel her to the top of the gospel artists' charts. Her music is from the heart and is sure to speak to all as it touches the hearts of those who recieve it. As her messages search for the answers to questions held by many, it shall inspire all who enjoy the melodic tunes and harmony it contains.

Sherri's gift was discovered at a very young age while she sang at a local church. She continued to touch many lives during her high school days, as she won many first place awards in school as well as in the community talent shows.

After completing school, Sherri went on to sing with various local bands and choirs, such as Georgia Mass Choir, Atlanta Super Church, Atlanta Chapter of America, and James Cleveland Workshop, just to name a few. Sherri's melodic gift has been compared to the wonderful singing talents of Stephanie Mills. Using Staphanie Mill's career as a model, Sherri decided to pursue a career as a recording artist, and she has worked with talented and renown artists. Recently, she has appeared in the Gospel USA Magazine.

Now, this gifted artist makes her mark on the gospel music scene with her debut album 'MY TESTIMONY' which features the hit singles 'YOU BRING ME JOY' & I'M NOT THE SAME. Sherri Hobbs will take to the PRAISE IN THE PARK stage at 2:30pm. This event will feature some of gospel's noted entertainers, radio personalities, television hosts and pioneers.
