Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds Will Release "Songs From The Great White North" For Record Store Day On April 21, 2012

LONDON, UK (Top40 Charts/ Murray Chalmers PR) Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds will release, "Songs From The Great White North...", an exclusive 12" vinyl for Record Store Day, on 21st April. The 12" will be pressed on opaque white heavyweight vinyl, individually numbered and limited to 2000 copies for the UK. Noel says of Record Store Day:
"Record shops are as important as the records themselves."

The vinyl will comprise the following four tracks (all previously released as B sides):
A1. The Good Rebel
A2. Let The Lord Shine A Light On Me
B1. I'd Pick You Every Time
B2. Shoot A Hole Into The Sun

Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds have just completed the first leg of an extensive arena tour, as well as recently playing The BRITs and The NME Awards, where Noel picked up the prestigious Godlike Genius Award. The new single "Dream On" is released this week. The special B side of the single is "Shoot A Hole Into The Sun" - the first track to be released from the work Noel has recorded with the Amorphous Androgynous.
