DALLAS, TX (Ocean Club announcement) - Making their Dallas debut, the all new Ocean Club, located at 15203 Knoll Trail in the Addison area will present their very first major concert with Merengue Superstars, Oro Solido on Wednesday, July 14, 2004. The Oro Solido orchestra is a musical group that has managed to stand out out of great impact and transcendencing from their time! Their style of merengue, the cadence of their music, the popular flavor of their songs and their popularity have turned to 'Oro Solido' the group of merengue of greater repercussion and greater drag the present moments.

Oro Solido created by Raul Acosta, a young musician born in the Dominican Republic and bred in New Jersey. Raul, from very short age, was related to music, since their parents worked in the atmosphere of the spectacle. He made studies in the musical academy "Kennedy's Music World". There he worked as engineer of sound and director of rate instruments.
Oro Solido was founded the month of March of 1994. This group was formed by Puerto Rican and Dominican musicians. His first song, "Ta Cache '", under the seal 'Platano Records', was a total success. His second song titled "and Follows Breaks" was also a full success.

In March of 1996, he left the market for third album of Oro Solido under the title, "Solid Gold the International", which consecrates and reconfirms the solidity of this Orchestra. That production contains the successes "the Tanga", "the Vacilón", "the Macarena", "the Women Love Males", "the Señorito" and others.
The fourth Oro Solido album was in 1997 and the 'Power OF New York' is titled "". Maria contains hits "went away", "Colored person", "Abusadora" and other but. In this new production RAUL ACOSTA and BEEN ACCUSTOMED TO GOLD they once again demonstrate to its quality and knowledge of the taste of its fanatics.

The first promotional song of that titled album "Chupa La Paleta", will become a phenomenon of popularity of this group that, due to the contagious thing of its ryhthm, the popular sense of its content and the updated thing of such, has managed to turn big hits from most of its songs. This will be the show of the year not to miss at the new Ocean Club. The resident DJ's at Ocean Club are Arturo Rios and Kevin D, mixing the best Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton and Latin Dance.
