Alejandro Escovedo Rocks Cinco De Mayo With 1st Spanish Song, Greek Theatre Show

Written by the late Mexican composer Alvaro Carrillo in 1959, the dreamy, romantic song's title translates as "Be True To Me" and closes out Escovedo's otherwise highly-charged new album, 'Big Station' (6/5, Concord), which brims with spirit of punk and 60's FM radio that inspired him growing up.
