(Limp Bizkit Fans Website) - Limp Bizkit will not be held accountable for injuries suffered by a fan at a 2000 concert in Auburn Hills, MI. A crowd member allegedly kicked a paramedic in the head after fans swarmed the floor during the show. The Michigan Court of Appeals said in a unanimous decision that Fred Durst did not act irresponsibly by inviting concertgoers onto the main floor during a performance at venue, and therefore will not be liable for the injuries. The court also ruled the band's corporation; promoters of the concert and the venue were not responsible. "The thug who kicked (the paramedic) in the head violated his duty to (the paramedic) and, if caught, should be held accountable," the appeals court said.
