Block Starz Music Announces Dates For Lady Remedy's Upcoming Tour And Mixtape

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Block Starz Music) Block Starz Music has announced the first string of live performances for 24-year-old Sacramento, CA rapper, songwriter, and producer Tori Redd, better known by her stage name Lady Remedy. The talented female emcee, who has already been compared to such greats as Missy Elliott and Queen Latifah, has been making herself visible on California's music scene over the past year and recently made her national debut with the single "The Way U Do" produced by Runway Star of The Makerz ("Teach Me How To Dougie") and Nigel Starr.

"The Way U Do" is the first single and music video from Lady Remedy's upcoming Block Starz Music debut "Freak", which is scheduled for digital release July 26. Remedy will also release her first official mixtape, "The Steez Tape", on June 26. On the first release from "The Steez Tape", Lady Remedy pays homage to R&B Princess Aaliyah with a cover of 2000's "I Don't Wanna" performed over the instrumental to "Drank In My Cup" by rapper Kirko Bangz.
